The one-day workshop shall focus on computational genomics with high performance computers. Our aim is to familiarize the professional community of genomics at University of Pécs (and anyone else interested) with the rather broad opportunities arising as soon as our supercomputer will be put into operation, and motivate them to exploit these resources. As a part of this, pieces of the CLC Bio software shall be available for the participants, and their capabilites will be demonstrated during computer-room practices.
